陰茎結核の1例

TUBERCULOSIS OF THE PENIS

緒言

　陰茎結核は近年の抗結核剤の進歩により非常に珍しい疾患になつているといえる。最近われわれは陰茎亀頭部の潰瘍および海綿体部の硬結を伴う陰茎結核の症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 63-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with a painless ulcer on the glans penis noted for the past 2 years. Examination revealed an irregular ulcer with granulation tissue on the dorsum of the glans penis and induration of the penile shaft. Chest X-ray was normal and excretory urogram showed no abnormality. Tests for syphilis were negative and tuberculin tests were strongly positive. Excision biopsy of the ulcer was performed. Histopathology proved non-typical tuberculoid granuloma with Langhans giant cells in the dermis.
