陰茎折症の2例

TWO CASES OF FRACTURE OF PENIS

Ⅰ．はじめに

　陰茎折症とは陰茎の海綿体白膜が断裂し，皮下溢血，血腫形成などを起こす陰茎の外傷で，勃起中に外力が加わつて起こるものが殆んどである。本疾患の報告は比較的まれで本邦における報告は，我々の調べ得た範囲では僅か，37例にすぎない。我々は最近本症の2例を経験したので，ここに報告し，簡単な文献的考察を試みた。

Case 1. 39 years old married automechanic dealt a heavy blow on his erected penis when his hands slipped while repairing a car. Penis was swollen from hematoma and was retracted to the right but did not notice any abnormality by urination. After 2 weeks of conservative treatment by a nearby doctor without any improvement, he visited our clinic.

By removing the hematoma through the incision over the swollen area, the ruptured fascia of corpus cavernosum was noticed and repaired. Postoperative course was uneventful and complications such as impotence or retraction of the penis did no occur.
