　28歳，女性。血尿を主訴に，妊娠24週に当科を受診。超音波検査，膀胱鏡検査にて膀胱腫瘍と診断し，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術（TURBT）を施行した。術後，軽度ながら子宮収縮を認めたが，ウテメリン投与にて軽快した。病理診断は内反乳頭種（inverted papilloma）であった。妊娠中の膀胱腫瘍は，現在まで約35例が報告されている。本症例は妊娠中に発生した膀胱内反乳頭種としては初の報告例である。

A 28-year-old woman at 24 weeks' gestation visited our outpatient clinic complaining of painless hematuria. Ultrasonography showed polypoid mass within the bladder. Cystoscope revealed papillary pedunculated tumor on the anterior wall of the bladder. She underwent TURBT under spinal anesthesia at 25 weeks' gestation. Although weak contraction of the uterus occurred after operation,it was controlled by administration of ritodrine hydrochloride. Histological examination revealed inverted papilloma. She completed her pregnancy and delivered a full-term healthy infant. The recurrence of the tumor was not detected 28 months after the operation. To our knowledge,this is the first case of inverted papilloma during pregnancy.
