妊娠時に発見された膀胱腫瘍

CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER IN PREGNANCY

　妊娠中に発見された膀胱腫瘍症例を経験したので報告する．症例は29歳女性で，妊娠16週より肉眼的血尿を認めた．経腹的超音波検査と膀胱鏡にて膀胱左側壁に直経20mmの乳頭状有茎性の腫瘍を認め，妊娠23週に経尿道的膀胱腫瘍摘出術を施行した．術後診断は移行上皮癌grade 2,pTlaNxMxで，患者は術後正常満期分娩にて健康な女児を出産した．妊娠時原発性膀胱癌の報告例は，本例が世界で16例目，本邦で3例目であった．

We reported a case of carcinoma of the bladder during pregnancy. A 29-year-old woman had been complaining gross hematuria from the sixteen week of pregnancy. Using abdominal sonography and cystos-copy, we discovered a 20-mm papillary pedunculated tumor at the lateral wall of the bladder. Transurethral resection was uneventful in the 23rd week of pregnancy, and postoperative diagnosis was transitional cell carcinoma, grade 2, pTlaNxMx. She had an uncomplicated fullterm delivery of a healthy female infant, postoperatively.
