　62歳，男性。主訴は陰茎痛。1989年，陰茎癌で陰茎部分切除術，左鼠径リンパ節郭清術を施行した。2003年，陰茎癌の局所再発を認めた。画像上，右浅鼠径リンパ節腫大もあり，陰茎全摘除術，右鼠径リンパ節郭清術を施行した。補助療法として両鼠径部を含む骨盤腔に放射線療法を施行した。本症例のように陰茎部分切除術後の晩期再発は非常に稀である。今後は厳重な経過観察が必要と考えられる。

A 62year-old male who had been performed partial penectomy and lt. inguinal lymphadenectomy 15 years before was referred to our hospital with the suspect of the recurrent penile carcinoma. His chief compliant was a penile pain with difficult urination. After 4 weeks antibiotic therapy,we carried out total penectomy with it. inguinal lymphadenectomy. The histopathological finding was squamous cell carcinoma of the penis without lymphnode metastasis,classified as pT1,pN0 by UICC/AJCC. The patient was given adjuvant radiation therapy for bilateral inguinal area and pelvis.
