膀胱癌のテガフール・ウラシル治療中に発症した間質性肺炎

Interstitial pneumonia induced by uracil/tegafur

　症例は85歳，男性。膀胱癌でTUR-Btを施行した。病理診断がpT2であったため，テガフール・ウラシル（UFT^®）によるneo-adjuvant療法および放射線治療を予定した。内服開始して2週間後のX線写真から間質性肺炎が疑われ，ステロイド治療を施行した。治療により症状・画像所見ともに改善し，退院となった。UFTは比較的よく用いられている薬剤だが，稀に重篤な副作用を生じることもあり，副作用を生じた場合には迅速な処置が必要である。

　Anti-cancer agents often induce interstitial pneumonia,induced by uracil/tegafur（UFT）is very rare. We report a case of interstitial pneumonia caused by UFT. An 85-year-old man with bladder cancer was treated by TUR-Bt. He received UFT from the day 7 after the operation,and was hospitalized for the purpose of radiation therapy 2 weeks later. However he was pointed out ground-glass opacity on his chest radiograph,which was diagnosed as interstitial pneumonia induced by UFT. He received drug therapy including steroid hormone. His symptom and image findings were improved by the treatment. UFT is a widely used drug,but we need to be careful that there is a little possibility of producing serious side effect.
