Abstract 文献概要

　Rothmund^12）は，1868年，白内障患者に，Poikiloderma様変化を伴う症例を報告した．一方，Thomsonは同様の皮膚変化で，白内障を伴わない症例を1921年^18）に報告し，のち1936年^19）症例を追加してPoikiloderma cengenitaleとした．Taylor17）は1957年症例を加えて，この両疾患は同一のものであるとし，Rothmund and Thomson症候群とした．以後，このRothmund ThomsonsyndromeとPoikiloderma congenitaleの名が使用されて今日にいたつている．さて本症は，頬，耳介，四肢，臀部に網状の毛細血管拡張性紅斑，Livedo reticularis，色素沈着とその間の萎縮性の皮膚局面を主徴とするが，幼い時に発症し長年にわたつて多形性に経過して先天性白内障に代表される各種の先天異常を合併する疾患である．また家族内発症の報告もみられる．今回著者らは種々の異常を有する本症を経験する機会があったので本邦報告例と比較し若干の考察を加えてみた．

A case of this disease in a 45-year-old unmarried woman was reported.

The review of this disease on the reported 12 cases in Japan was performed. Only one case from Taka-hashi showed the familial occurrence.

High incidence of malformations including the cataract has been reported in this disease. In the author's case the syndactyly of the 3rd and 4th toes of the right foot, the defect of the right 2nd finger and the defected retinochoroid membrane as well as the cataract were proved.
