　基底細胞腫が臨床的に種々の形態を示すことは周知のところであるが，われわれは最近10年にわたつて続いた紅斑局面を主像とした本症を経験したので，これについて簡単に報告したい。

There existed a basal cell epithelioma with erythema as a main clinical feature; epitheliome page-toide or epitheliome erythematoux.

A 41-year-old woman had had a plaque with erythema as a main feature on the left lower eyelid, which showed resistance to various kinds of treatment.

At her first visit, she had an erythemato-squamous lesion, partly well and partly not well circum-scribed, on the inner 2/3 area of the left lower eyelid.

Histologic specimen showed a typical superficial basal cell epithelioma.

It showed an erosive reaction after the continuous 21 days' radiation with GD 6,300R and ED 300R by Dermopan ST II. It cured completely with residual depigmentation after 13 months.
