Eccrine Poromaの1例

A CASE OF ECCRINE POROMA

　1956年，Pinkusら^1）によつて記載されたecc-rine poromaは欧米においてはすでに多数の症例が報告され，最近ではHymanら^2）の101例の統計的観察がある！本症の病型に関しても三島・森岡^3）はeccrine poroacanthoma, eccrine po-roepithelioma, eccrine porocarcinomaの3型に分類した。またGoldner^4）によつてeccrineporomatosisなる病名の下に臨床的に多発した1例も報告されている。さらにHolubarら^5）は酵素組織化学的反応の結果よりintraepidermaleccrine poromaなる概念を導入している。

　一方，本邦においても坂本ら^6）により初めて観察され，以来報告が相続き今日までに14例の症例^6）−13）があり，現在ではさほど稀有のものではなくなつてきている。著者^13）もすでに1例を報告したが，今回さらに1例を経験する機会をえたゆえ，まだ本邦では施行されていない酵素組織化学的および電顕的検索を行なつてみた。

Enzyme-histochemically, the tumor masses showed moderately to strong activities for amylophos-phorylase, succinic dehydrogenase and non-specific esterase. Reactions for acid phosphatase and β-glucuronidase were minimal.

Electron microscopically, the intracytoplasmic lumen, as it was described by Hashimoto and Lever, was not noted.
