Abstract 文献概要

　肥胖細胞の微細構造についてすでにOrfanosu．Stütgen^1），Hashimoto et al^2,3），堀木^4），森安^5），Combs^6）の報告がある。これら諸家の報告で顆粒内微細構造はほぼ明らかにされているが，顆粒内微細構造と顆粒形成過程との相関関係，顆粒の形成部位，顆粒とlysosomeとの関係などなお未知の問題がある。また色素性蕁麻疹の幼児型（Unna型）と成人型（Rona型）とは組織学的に相違するが，電顕的にいかなる相違がみられるか興味あるところである。

　筆者らは最近，幼児型2例，成人型1例の色素性蕁麻疹について電顕的観察を行なう機会を得たので，その結果を記載し，2，3検討を加えたので，ここに報告する。

Electron microscopic studies on the intracellular granules in mast cells in 1 case of the Jadassohn-Rona type and 2 cases of the Unna type of this disease were performed.

Two different ways to form the intracellular granules,-one way from the Golgi apparatus and the other which is the same as that of the lysosome formation-, were proposed.

In the Unna type granules with crystalline structure were of ten observed as in normal mast cells, while in the Jadassohn-Rona type those with crystalline structure failed to be found.
