I．はじめに

　最近我々はAtrophodermia idiopathica progressiva （以下AIと略）と，sclérodermieatypique lilacée et non-indurée（Gougerot）（以下SALNと略）と診断すべき症例，各々1例を経験した。AIに関しては1923年Pasini^1）が報告して以来，近年限局所鞏皮症を併発している症例がみられるということから，本症を鞏皮症の亜型とする意見が多数報告されている。ここに我々の経験した症例を詳しく観察して若干の考察を加えてみたいと思う。

　The authors had a typical case of sclérodermie atypique lilacée et non-indurée (Gougerot) and a typical case of atrophodermia idiopathica progressiva (Pasini).

　The two entities are included in the idiopathic atrophodermia of Pasini-Pierini by Canizares, and their nosologic positions have been unsettled. From the analysis of clinical and histologic findings of reported cases in Japan and abroad, the authors presented to include atrophodermia idiopathica progressiva in atrophy of the skin and sclérodermie atypique lilacée et non-indurée in morphea. The two entities should be separated completely.
