　はじめに

　末梢神経鞘のSchwann細胞から発症する神経鞘腫は全身に発症し得るが，鼻・副鼻腔における発症はDas Guptaら^1）によれば全体の2.9％の発生率である。

　今回，篩骨洞・蝶形骨洞原発の神経鞘腫の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察とともに報告する。

A 52-year-old woman presented with right nasal obstruction of 1 year's duration. Physical examina-tion showed a large mass filling the right nasal cavity. Computed tomographic scans revealed a large soft connective tissue density in the right nasal cavity which extended to the right ethmoid sinuses and sphenoid sinus without bony destruction. The tumor was successfully excised by endoscopic sinus surgery. The pathological diagnosis was neurinoma. The postoperative course was uneventful, and no recurrence has been observed to date.
