鼻副鼻腔神経鞘腫の1症例

A Case of Nasal Neurinoma

　はじめに

　神経鞘腫は，シュワン細胞を有する有髄神経に発生し身体のあらゆる箇所にみられる。耳鼻咽喉科領域では聴神経に多く，その他には舌，頸部，咽頭，喉頭にみられるが鼻副鼻腔に発生するものは比較的稀である。今回われわれは，鼻副鼻腔に発生した神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 35-year-old man complained of nasal obustruc-tion.

The left nasal cavity was filled with a mass lesion. Biopsy showed histological features of nasal polyp. Removal of polyp was perfomed and patho-logical examination revealed nurinoma (Antoni AB). Denker's operation was perfomed, and the tumor was completely resected from the left nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus. The postoperative course was satisfactory and there was no recurrence for 18 months postoperatively.
