はじめに
血管腫は，血管内皮細胞由来の良性腫瘍で皮膚，肝臓，筋肉に好発する1）。耳鼻咽喉科領城においては鼻腔が最も多く，外耳道に発生することは少ない2）。
今回われわれは，外耳道に発生した血管腫の1症例を経験したので報告する。
A 34-year-old man presented with a chief com-plaint of hearing impairment in the left ear. CT and MRI revealed a contrast enhanced tumor shadow in the left external auditory canal. However, angiogra-phy did not show any clear tumor stain. The tumor was removed by postauricular approach and the diagnosis was histopatholgically cavernous heman-gioma. Periodical follow up will be necessary, since local recurrence had been reported.
