腸管型ベーチェット病の疑われた1例

A Case of Intestinal Behçet's Disease

　はじめに

　口腔や咽頭に難治性の再発性潰瘍を形成する疾患群の範疇にベーチェット病が存在する。ベーチェット病は粘膜，皮膚，眼症状に特徴づけられる全身性の疾患であるが，その中に消化管病変を中心とした特殊型ベーチェット病が存在する。今回われわれは，再発性難治性口腔咽頭潰瘍によって腸管型ベーチェット病を疑われた1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

It is difficult to discriminate between relapsing severe ulcer of the oral cavity or pharynx and Behçet disease, because there are many disease making oral or pharyngeal ulcerative change.

Behçet disease is systemic disease which affect mucous membrane, skin and eye peculiarly. Out of these, there is a strange type invading gastrointes-tine tract selectively. To diagnose intestinal Beh-çet's disease, it is important to find systemic symp-tom or findings except oral or pharyngeal ulcer. Therefore it is important to investigate not only local findings but whole body.

In this report, we described a case of intestinal Behçet's disease with relapsing severe ulcer.
