はじめに
亜急性壊死性リンパ節炎は，リンパ節に特異な壊死病変をきたし，しばしば悪性リンパ腫などとの鑑別を要する疾患である。今回われわれは，半年間に臨床的には非定型的な経過を示した2例の頸部亜急性壊死性リンパ節炎を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Case 1 was a 22-year-old male who complained of lymphadenopathy without tenderness in the rightneck. Case 2 was a 23-year-old man who suffered from mild fever and cervical lymph node swelling with tenderness. Both of them had no leukopenia nor elevated C-reactive protein. After the diagnosis of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis by open biop-sy, they recovered spontaneously.
The necessity and method of lymph node biopsy for diagnosis and treatment of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis were discussed.
