　はじめに

　侵襲性小児線維腫（aggresive juvenile fibro-matosis）は線維組織由来の良性の軟部組織腫瘍であるが，局所浸潤が強く特に若年者においては急速増大を示すことが多いため，悪性腫瘍との鑑別は重要であると言われている。また，頭頸部発症は稀であり小児の報告例は少ない。

　われわれは，1歳3か月男児の耳下腺内に浸潤した下顎角部の侵襲性小児線維腫を経験した。小児頭頸部腫瘍を扱うにあたり，鑑別診断を要する重要な疾患の1つと思われ，文献的考察を加え報告する。

The differentiation of the aggressive fi-bromatosis, so-called fibrous tissue-induced benign soft tissue tumor showing an oftenly rapid increase and local infiltration in juvenile, and malignant tumor is important.

We treated aggressive juvenile fibromatosis in the jaw angle region infiltrated into the parotid gland in an 1-year and 3-month-old male. It was thought that definite diagnosis of tumor in infantile head-neck region is important.
