悪性変化を示した顎下部solid cystic hidradenomaの1例

A Case of Solid Cystic Hidradenoma in the Submandibular Region with Partial Malignant Findings

I．はじめに

　今回われわれは，顎下部に発生した汗器官由来の腫瘍であるsolid cystic hidradenomaを経験した。本来は良性の腫瘍であるが，病理組織検査で一部悪性化を疑う所見を認めた稀な症例であった。考察を加えて報告する。

　Solid cystic hidradenoma is a benign skin tumor derived from sweat glands. A 83-year-old woman presented with a solid cystic hidradenoma in the submandibular region. The tumor was first suspected of malignant submandibular tumor and it was resected. After resection,the defect was reconstructed by a platysmal flap. Histopathological diagnosis was solid cystic hidradenoma with partial malignant findings and apocrine differentiation.
