　はじめに

　唾液腺に発症する腫瘍の発生頻度はそれほど高いものではない。また，部位別にみると耳下腺内での腫瘍が多く，顎下腺のそれは少ないとされている^1,2）。顎下腺腫瘍の病理組織分類をWHOの分類に準じて観察すると，耳下腺腫瘍と同じく良性・悪性の多くの腫瘍がみられる。しかし，上皮性腫瘍の中で腺腫に属するとされている好酸性腺腫，いわゆる膨大細胞腫（oncocytoma）の症例は顎下腺腫瘍で極く稀であり，いくつかの症例が報告されているのみである^3〜7）。

　われわれは最近，顎下腺より発生した膨大細胞腫の症例を経験したので，その臨床像を呈示するとともに，文献を加えて報告する。

A 28-year-old male presented with a mass in the left submandibular region of 3 months' duration. The physical examinations reviewed that the masswas ovoid in sharp, elastic hard, but not painful. Echography revealed a hypoechoic lesion, and CT showed an enhanced mass. Subtotal resection of the submandibular gland including the mass was per-fomed. The histopathological diagnosis mas on-cocytoma in the submandibular gland. To our knowledge, oncocytoma of the submandibalar gland is very rare. We discussed the clinical feature, path-ogenesis and treatment of oncocytoma cited from the literature.
