　はじめに

　一般的に耳鼻咽喉科領域にもAIDSは様々な症状を呈していることが報告されているが，AIDSを基礎疾患として発症したと考えられる副鼻腔バーキットリンパ腫の報告は，われわれが調査した限りにおいて欧米にて2例のみ^1,2）であった。今回，われわれは篩骨洞に発症したバーキットリンパ腫を併発したAIDSの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 36-year-old man presented with symptoms of acute sinusitis with intra-orbital phlegmon, and later he was found to be HIV positive. Laboratory findings disclosed positive reaction to HIV antibody and markedly decreased CD4. He also presented with esophageal candidiasis and Kaposi's sarcoma of the skin. CT findigs showed an extensive mass lesion mainly in the ethmoid sinuses and nasal cavity in the right side, and a biopsied specimen from the nasal cavity revealed malignant Burkitt's lymphoma. There were multiple lesions in the liver, and the patients developed various symptoms related to AIDS and died of generalized lymphomas.
