　はじめに

　他臓器の悪性腫瘍が頭頸部領域に転移をきたすことは比較的稀なことである。その中でも副鼻腔への転移は頻度が低い。このたびわれわれの経験した副鼻腔への転移性腫瘍2症例につき若干の考察を加えて報告する。

It is thought that carcinoma is rarely metasta-sized to the paranasal sinuses.

The first case is renal carcinoma in a 55-year-old man who underwent left nephrectomy 10 months ago under the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. A tumor of right nasal cavity and maxillary sinus was biopsied and diagnosed as metastatic clear cell carcinoma from the kidney.

The other case is hepatocellular carcinoma in a 46-year-old man complained of nasal obstraction. The histopathological examination of a mass in the sphenoid sinus revealed hepatocellular carcinoma. He died 5 months later and autopsy confirmed the adanced liver cancer and generalized meta-stases.
