鼻・副鼻腔血管性腫瘍の2症例

Two Cases of Angiogenic Tumor in Nasal and Paranasal Regions Associated with Chronic Sinusitis

I．はじめに

　鼻・副鼻腔における血管性腫瘍病変はその存在部位から術前診断が困難な例もあり，手術に際して予想を超える出血がみられることがしばしばある。

　今回われわれは，初診時に一側性副鼻腔炎と診断し，その後，鼻・副鼻腔血管性腫瘍が明らかになった2症例を経験したので報告する。

　The first case was initially diagnosed as chronic sinusitis,but later proved to be an angiogenic tumor after endoscopic antrostomy. The second case was suspected of an angiogenic tumor by preoperative MRI and angiogram. The tumor was removed by intraoral antrostomy（Caldwell-Luc's operation） in each case. Recently,endoscopic sinus surgery is standard method in chronic sinusitis,however in the cases suspected of associated paranasal sinus tumors patients have to be informed of the possibility of Caldwell-Luc's procedure to be performed.
