軟口蓋に発生したfibrosarcomaの1例

Fibrosarcoma of the Soft Palate

I．はじめに

　fibrosarcomaの頭頸部領域への発生は四肢躯幹のそれに次いで多いとされているが，それらの多くは顔面や頸部に発生したものである。今回我々は軟口蓋に発生したfibrosarcomaの症例を経験したので，症例の概要と共に頭頸部に発生したfibrosarcomaの文献的考察を加え報告する。

　A 16-year-old girl complained of a painful mass in the soft palate. The entire soft palate was excised, and was reconstructed functionally by the superior based pharyngeal flap resulting in extreamly slight hyperrhinolalia. Histological examination of the tumor revealed well differentiated fibrosarcoma (low grade malignancy). The patient had no recurrecurrence for a following year postoperatively.
