多発奇形を伴ったまれな軟口蓋の異所性脳組織症例

Heterotopic Brain Tissue of Soft Palate with Multiple Malformations:Report of a Rare Case

　緒言

　一般的に頭蓋外に神経膠組織からなる腫瘤を形成することはまれであり，nasal glioma （鼻神経膠腫）またはectopic brain tissue （異所性脳組織）としての報告を散見する。その多くは外鼻または鼻腔内に発生し，咽頭部に発生したものは非常にまれで，これらは真性腫瘍というよりもむしろ一種の発生異常と考えられている^1）。

　われわれは軟口蓋原発で上咽頭に腫瘤形成をみた異所性脳組織の1症例を経験した。この症例は口蓋裂と，くも膜嚢胞を合併したまれな症例であり，異所性脳組織について発生学的機序を中心に若干の文献的考察を加えた。

Heterotopic brain tissue at the dorsal site of the soft palate was found at birth. She was operated on at one year and five months old. Since she had several anomalies such as palatoschisis and arach-noid cyst, she needed to have an operation for V-P shunt formation formerly.

Twenty five cases of heterotopic pharyngeal or oral brain tissue including the present case have been reported in the world literature.
