はじめに

　逆生歯牙とは，歯冠が鼻腔や上顎洞など，正常と逆方向に萌出する病態である。鼻腔底に白色の歯牙が露出している場合には，局所所見のみで逆生歯牙の可能性を疑うことは比較的容易であるが，歯牙の周囲に粘膜病変を伴い，歯牙の存在がはっきりしない場合がある^1,2）。また，鼻腔内逆生歯牙の報告は散見されるが，逆生歯牙に放線菌症を合併した報告は稀である^2,3）。今回われわれは，放線菌症を合併した鼻腔内逆生歯牙の2例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We experienced two cases of inverted teeth with actinomycosis in the nasal cavity. A granulomatous lesion was observed in the nasal cavity. Histological findings revealed the presence of actinomycosis. Computed tomography revealed a high-density bony lesion on the nasal floor. After removal of the mass in the outpatient setting, the granulomatous lesion disappeared. The mass was identified as an inverted tooth. The possibility of an inverted tooth with actinomycosis should be considered in cases of granulomatous lesions on the nasal floor.
