はじめに

　耳垢腺は主に軟骨部外耳道に存在する，アポクリン分化を伴う腺組織である^1）。2022年のWHO分類において，耳垢腺由来の良性腫瘍は耳垢腺腫，多形腺腫，および乳頭状汗管囊胞腺腫，そして悪性腫瘍は腺癌，腺様囊胞癌，および粘表皮癌に分類されている^2）。耳垢腺腫は非常に稀な疾患であるため，日常診療で遭遇する機会は少ない。今回われわれは，囊胞様所見を呈した外耳道耳垢腺腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We encountered a case of ceruminous adenoma of the external auditory canal. The patient complained of left-sided ear obstruction. A cystic mass was observed on the inferior wall of the left external auditory canal. Both computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed findings suggestive of a cystic lesion. The lesion was resected using the transcanal approach under local anesthesia. The histological diagnosis was ceruminous adenoma. No evidence of recurrence was observed at the 8-month follow-up.
