はじめに

　血管周皮腫（hemangiopericytoma）/孤在性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor）は後腹膜，骨盤，下肢などに生じる頻度が高い良悪性中間型の軟部組織腫瘍である。以前，両者は区別されていたが，厳密な分類は難しく，現在，WHOの軟部組織腫瘍の分類上はsolitary fibrous tumor & hemangiopericytomaと記載され同義とされている^1,2）。全身のあらゆる臓器に発生する可能性があり，頭頸部領域の発生も報告されているが，耳下腺での発生頻度は少ない。今回，耳下腺部領域に発生した血管周皮腫の2症例を経験したので報告する。

　Hemangiopericytoma（HPC）is an intermediate soft tissue tumor of pericytic origin, and extremely rare tumor in the parotid gland. We report two cases with HPC arising from the parotid grand in a 53-year-old and a 55-year-old female, who have noticed a mass lesion for over 10 years. The tumors were highly vascular. Angiography and embolization were performed two days before surgery and effective for control of bleeding during surgery. Histological and immunophenotypical examinations showed that each tumor was diagnosed as benign HPC. Two years and six months after surgery neither recurrence nor metastasis has been found.
