後腹膜血管周皮細胞腫

RETROVESICAL HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA: A CASE REPORT

　12歳，男子の骨転移を有する膀胱後腔血管周皮細胞腫症例に対し，放射線療法，温熱療法および多剤併用抗癌化学療法を行った。その結果約80％の腫瘍縮小および骨転移巣の化骨化が認められ，1987年6月3日，全麻下に恥骨切除術および腫瘍摘出術施行。術後現在経過良好であり，さらに術後抗癌化学療法を予定している。

A 12-year-old boy vistied his familiar physician with a complaint of right gonalgia and abdominal mass 24 cm × 22 cm in size. He was admitted to our department for further examination and treatment.A transabdominal biopsy was positive for malignancy. Histological diagnosis was malignant hemangio-pericytoma. He received a total of 48.5 Gray irradiation and 20 sessions of hyperthermia followed by a combination chemotherapy of Vincristine, Actinomycin D and Cyclophosphamide. These combination therapies have been effective in producing partial objective response.
