要約　目的：眼瞼に発症した多形腺腫2症例の報告。症例と所見：症例はいずれも男性で，年齢は51歳と64歳である。いずれも片眼に発症し，1例では上眼瞼，1例では下眼瞼に腫瘍があった。1例では過去20年間に4回の腫瘍切除を同一部位に受けていた。2例とも腫瘍切除術が行われ，病理学的に多形腺腫と診断された。切除された断端には腫瘍がなく，陰性であった。2例とも6か月および18か月の経過観察で腫瘍の再発はない。結論：多形腺腫は涙腺部に好発するが，眼瞼にも発症することがあり，眼瞼腫瘍の鑑別で留意する必要がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report 2 cases of pleomorphic adenoma in the eyelid. Cases and Findings：Both were males aged 51 and 64 years respectively. Both were unilaterally affected. The tumor was located in the upper eyelid in one case and in the lower eyelid in the other. One case had received four resections of the tumor in the past 20 years. Both were treated by total resection of the tumor. Histopathologically, the tumor was diagnosed with pleomorphic adenoma. There has been no recurrence for 6 and 18 months respectively after resection. Conclusion：Pleomorphic adenoma often involve the lacrimal gland as the preferred site. These cases illustrate that it may occur in the eyelid and that it needs to be considered in the differential diagnosis of palpebral tumors.
