I．はじめに

　鼻結石症例は欧米では400例以上^1），本邦のみでも100例を越える報告^2,3）がなされているが，その多くは固有鼻腔結石であり，副鼻腔内結石の報告例は比較的少ない。また多発鼻副鼻腔結石症例の報告例，また上顎癌との合併例も稀である。今回われわれは鼻腔および上顎洞に結石が多発したと同時に上顎癌を合併した，かなり稀と思われる症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A 74-year-old man presented a 40-year history of sinusitis, and anterior rhinoscopy revealed polypi in the left middle nasal meatus. X-ray examina-tion showed calcified masses in the left antrum and in the left middle meatus separately along with the destruction of the maxillary bony walls. A nasal calculus (18 × 18 × 16 mm) with fungus mass was removed from the middle meatus.

Exploratory antrotomy disclosed an antrolith (11 × 7 × 7 mm) and carcinoma which expanded out of the maxillary sinus. The possibility of that chronic sinusitis and fungus infection induced antrorhinolithiasis and carcinoma, was discussed.
