Ｉ．はじめに
1950年以前には死因順位の1位を占めていた結核も，SM,INH,RFPをはじめとする抗結核薬の開発や結核対策の推進，あるいは国民の生活水準の向Lなどに伴い，罹患率，死亡率ともに著しく減少してきている。
耳鼻咽喉科領域の結核症にも同様の傾向がみられている。したがって日常診療の場で本症に遭遇した場合にその診断に困惑させられることが少なくない。
We reported a case of nasal tuberculosis in a 67-year-old woman with a complaint of left sided nasal obstruction during past 13 months. She has been treated by an ENT physician as nasal allergy. However, granulomatous tumor in the left nasal cavity was developed, and she visited to our out-patient clinic.
Follow up examination of 4 weeks later, she has had nasal septum abscess which was incised and drained, and tubercle bacillus was found in caseous pus.
She responded extremely well to anti-tuberclous medications, isoniazid, rifarnpicin and streptomy-cin for 21 weeks.
