鼻中隔膿瘍の2症例

Nasal septal abscess：report of two cases

Ⅰ　はじめに

　鼻中隔膿瘍は抗菌薬の発達により報告も減少し，稀な疾患となったが，早期に診断し適切な治療を行わないと鞍鼻や頭蓋内合併症を惹起する可能性がある。

　今回，われわれは鼻中隔膿瘍を2例経験したので，成因と治療法について考察を加えて報告する。

　Early diagnosis and prompt surgical drainage of abscess of nasal septum are required to avoid unpleasant complications such as the deformity of external nose or intracranial infection. We encountered 2 cases of nasal septal abscess in a 65-year-old female with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus and a 67-year-old-male with acute sinusitis. Both of them were underwent needle aspiration prior to septal incision and drainage. After drainage,both patients showed satisfactory recovery without any complications.
