特発性鼻中隔膿瘍の1例

SPONTANEOUS ABCESS OF THE NASAL SEPTUM

　I．はじめに

　鼻中隔膿瘍は本邦では久保（1914）の報告以来現在までに76例が報告されているが，なかでも特発性鼻中隔膿瘍はまれな疾患であり，さらに最近20年間は減少の傾向にある。

　われわれは最近，特発性鼻中隔膿瘍の一例を経験したので，ここに報告するとともに文献的に考察を加えた。

There are 76 case reports of nasal septal abcess recorded in theli terature of this country, since it was first reported by Ino Kubo in 1914. Spontaneous septal abcess is an affection rather rare in occurrence which has been on further decrease for the last years.

The authors report a case of spontaneous abcess of the nasal septum.
