Methotrexate-associated lymphoproliferative disorder(MTX-LPD)is a lymphoid proliferation or lymphoma in a patient immunosuppressed with MTX, which is usually administered to treat autimmune diseases.

We described two cases with MTX-LPD who presented with a parotid swelling.

Case 1:A 57-year-old woman treated with MTX for 4 years developed parotid swelling. She underwent superficial parotidectomy and was diagnosed with MALT lymphoma.

Case 2:A 75-year-old woman treated with MTX for 2 years presented with a parotid swelling and she was diagnosed with MTX-LPD. Parotid swelling shrank upon MTX withdrawal in several weeks.

There was no recurrence of MTX-LPD in both cases.
