はじめに

　神経鞘腫はSchwann細胞由来の限局性で被膜を有する良性腫瘍である^1～3）。全身のあらゆる部位に認められるが，耳鼻咽喉科領域では，聴神経に発生することが多く，鼻副鼻腔に発生することは，比較的稀である^1,4）。鼻腔内に発生した場合の自覚症状として鼻閉や鼻出血などが報告されている^2）。今回われわれは歯性上顎洞炎の加療中に偶然発見され，内視鏡下に摘出した鼻腔神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Schwannomas are neurogenic neoplasms which are rarely found in the nasal cavity. A 53-year-old woman complained of nasal discharge in the right side.

　Nasal endoscopy revealed a solitary tumor in the nasal cavity. Preoperative histopathological examination suggested of Schwannoma. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a tumor located in the right nasal septum near the olfactory cleft. The tumor was cofined to nasal cavity. The tumor was completely resected by endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia. The final histopathological diagnosis was Antoni A and B type neurinoma. There have been no remarkable recurrent signs.
