Ⅰ．はじめに

　Mohs軟膏は，塩化亜鉛を主成分とする組織固定剤で，皮膚の悪性腫瘍に対するchemosurgeryとして応用されている。頭頸部癌患者において原疾患の根治が難しい場合には，頸部腫瘍の増大とともに出血の反復や悪臭を伴う滲出液によって患者のQOLは著しく低下する。今回われわれは，喉頭癌術後頸部リンパ節転移からの出血，滲出液漏出に対してMohs軟膏を塗布し症状の改善が得られた症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Mohs' paste has been used for skin cancer. A patient with unresectable cervical lymph node metastasis from laryngeal carcinoma effectively treated with Mohs' paste. In this case,the treatment with Mohs' paste was convenient and effective for repeated bleeding and malodorous discharge from tumor. Severe complications were not observed,and the patient's quality of life was remarkably improved. We considered that Mohs' paste could be one of the treatments for patients suffering from repeated bleeding and malodorous discharge in advanced head and neck cancer.
