Ⅰ　はじめに

　鼻副鼻腔腫瘍は原発性のものが大部分で，他部位からの転移性悪性腫瘍は比較的稀である。過去の文献的報告^1～8）によると，原発部位の約半数は腎であり，胃からの転移性悪性腫瘍はきわめて稀である。

　今回われわれは，右前頭部腫瘤を主訴として受診し，全身精査および病理組織学的検査の結果，原発巣が判明し，進行胃癌の前頭洞転移と考えられた症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Metastasis of gastric cancer to the paranasal region is rare. A 73-year-old woman was complaining of a swelling of the right forehead. CT and MRI revealed a mass with bone destruction in the right frontal sinus,and findings of FDG-PET were suggestive of malignant gastric tumor with multiple metastatic lesions. Pathologic examination of both the gastric and the frontal masses yielded the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. When any nasal or paranasal tumor of rare histology is encountered,it is necessary to consider the possibility of metastatic tumor from other than the head and neck region and to detect the primary lesions as soon as possible.
