Ⅰ．緒言
本邦では前頭洞骨腫は比較的まれな疾患である。われわれは最近，前頭洞後壁から発生したと思われる骨腫症例を経験したので。ここに報告し若干の考察を試みた。
A case of osteoma of the frontal sinus is reported. A man, aged 27 complained of exophthalmos of the left eye. X-ray examination showed a frontal sinus tumor. Surgical removal and microscopic examination showed the growth to be a mixed tumor. It weighed 20 grams.
