前頭洞骨腫の1例

FRONTAL SINUS OSTEOMA

　Ⅰ．緒言

　前頭洞に発生せる骨腫は，欧米に於いては多数の報告がある。一方，本邦ではそれはかなりまれである。著者は最近その1例を経験したので，その治療経過を報告し，併せて本邦に於ける本疾患の統計的観察を行なつた。

Osteoma of the left frontal sinus was found in a boy, aged 14, who complained of left-sided visionary disturbance and ptosis. The growth was removed surgically. Auto-transplant of bony tissues was employed for repairing the frontal region. Review of literature showed 35 similar cases of frontal sinus osteoma reported in this country.
