Severe dysplasiaを合併した喉頭顆粒細胞腫の1例

Granular cell tumor of the larynx：a case report

Ⅰ　はじめに

　顆粒細胞腫（granular cell tumor：GCT）は1926年にAbrikossoff^1）が最初に報告した病変であり，全身のほとんどすべての臓器に発生する良性の腫瘍である。好発部位は皮膚，舌，口腔などであり喉頭での発生は稀である。

　今回われわれはsevere dysplasiaを合併した喉頭GCTの1例を経験したので報告する。

　We reported a rare case of granular cell tumor of the vocal cord. A 57-year-old male visited our hospital with the chief complaint of hoarseness. Endoscopic examination revealed a yellowish and whitish mass in the inferior part of the right vocal cord with severe dysplasia of both vocal cords. The mass was excised by laryngomicrosurgery and diagnosed as a granular cell tumor. Postoperative course was uneventful.
