Cogan症候群が疑われた1症例

A suspected case of Cogan's syndrome

I．はじめに

　Cogan症候群は非梅毒性角膜実質炎，前庭機能障害，両側性感音難聴を3主徴とする稀な症候群である^1）。

　今回われわれは，45歳の男性で両側の眼症状と両側の前庭機能障害および感音難聴を認め，最終的にCogan症候群と考えられた1症例を経験した。鑑別すべき疾患，臨床的問題点などについて若干の文献的考察を含めて報告する。

　A 45-year-old male presented with poor vision and vestibular disturbance and sensorineural hearing loss in both sides. Besides his fundus oculi presented retinal vasculitis in both sides. One month after steroid treatment was started,a part of symptom has improved. Various differential diagnosis was considered,therefore we suspected Cogan's syndrome.
