I．はじめに

　Botryomycosisは血管拡張性肉芽腫とも呼ばれ，特徴的な病理組織像から診断される。直径10mmまでの鮮紅色ドーム状腫瘤または有茎性腫瘤を形成し，外的刺激により容易に出血する。好発部位は手指，顔面，頸部であるが，耳鼻咽喉科領域での報告は少ない^1,2）。

　今回われわれは，耳輪脚に生じたbotryomycosisと外耳道入口部に生じたbotryomycosisの2症例を経験したので報告する。

　Botryomycosis is also called as granuloma telangiectaticum,and the histological diagnosis of botryomycosis is based on the findings of the specific granules shown in the granulation tissue. Botryomycosis is rarely observed in the otorhinolaryngological lesion. We experienced two cases of botryomycosis occurred in the crus helicis and the orifice of the external auditory canal. Surgery was performed in two cases,and the postoperative course was satisfactory.
