広大眼科で加療した続発網膜剥離症例の総括

A Summary of the Treatment of Secondary Retinal Detachment in Hiroshima University Medical Department

緒言

　続発網膜剥離は原発疾患に基づく多様な臨床症状を示し，またその治療法も画一的でない。すなわち，原発疾患の治療と安静保持で復位するものがある一方，生命の危険のために剥離の治療対象となりえないものがあり，また，復位促進手術を試みざるをえないような症例もある。

　われわれは，1956年1月から1971年6月までの15年6カ月間に，広大眼科に受診した続発網膜剥離症例を総括して，原発疾患別分類およびその頻度，さらに加えた手術療法とその治療成績について検討したところを報告する。

In cases of secondary detachment of the retina, as a rule, conservative treatment is performed for the primary disease, but there are also cases where surgical treatment must be administered.

At the Outpatient Eye Clinic of Iliroshima University Medical School, 129 cases involving 158 eyes have been examined for secondary detachment of the retina during the past 15 years and 6 months. The primary diseases were mainly retinal and vitreal hemorrhage in 26 cases (29 eyes), Ilarada's disease 19 cases (35 eyes) and chorioretinitis (excluding Hara-da's disease) 15 cases (18 eyes). 68 cases (88 eyes) were admitted.
