（展示142）　内頸動脈の閉塞または狭窄に続発した眼虚血症侯群3例3眼を検索した。発症直後，2週間前の発症，虹彩ルベオーシスに続発した前房出血の各1例である。フルオレセイン螢光造影では，網膜に動脈の狭細化，循環遅延，静脈の不規則な拡張，血管内凝集（スラッジ形成），血管壁の組織染があった。インドシアニングリーン螢光造影では，脈絡膜の中大血管の走行は正常に近く，患眼と健眼に差がなかった。ベール状の背景螢光には，虫食い状に充盈欠損があった。

We examined the retinal and choroidal vascular patterns in 3 unilateral cases of ocular ischemic syndrome secondary to stenosis or occlusion of the carotid artery. One case was seen immediately after occurrence, another was seen 2 weeks after the episode and the third was seen after hyphema due to rubeosis iridis. Fluorescein angiography showed retinal vascular disorders including attenuation of arteries, retarded intraretinal circulation, irregular dilatation of veins, sludging and dye staining of vessel wall. Indocyanine green angiography showed normal patterns of major choroidal vessels. There was no difference between the affected and the fellow eye. The diffuse background fluorescence showed multiple patchy filling defects.
