（26E-4）　眼疾患に対してプリーラジカルを使用して治療した。角膜表面に微弱な直流電流を流すと，涙液中の塩が電気分解される。陽極には塩素イオンが発生し，同時にフリーラジカルも発生する。角膜上皮疾患に対して通電，有効例があった。副作用はみられなかった。

A new method was developed to treat external eye diseases. When weak direct electric current is passed through the corneal surface, the lacrimal fluid is electrolyzed to generate chloride ions and active oxygen at the anode placed on the corneal lesion. This present free radical therapy uses 1 to 3V, 0.1 to 0.3 mA applied for 5 to 15 seconds. A total of 16 cases could be brought to cure after one single session, including herpes corneae 2 eyes, recurrent corneal erosion 3 eyes, filamentous keratitis 3 eyes and catarrhal corneal ulcer 8 eyes. There was no side effects throughout.
