（展示135）　過去4年間に，当科で治療した開放性後部眼外傷44例46眼を，視力転帰について検索した。対象は強角膜に開放創があり，硝子体または網膜に障害がある症例とした。鋭的外傷による穿孔性眼外傷24眼，鈍的外傷による眼球破裂10眼，分類不能12眼である。0.1以上の最終矯正視力は，穿孔性眼外傷では19眼（83％），眼球破裂では3眼（30％）で得られ，いずれも水晶体脱出がなかった。外力の大きさが眼球破裂眼での視力予後を左右すること，水晶体脱出が一つの指標であると結論される。

We reviewed 46 eyes in 44 cases of open eye injury regarding the final visual outcome. All the eyes had open injury in the cornea or the sclera with lesions in the vitreous or the retina. The series comprised 24 eyes of perforating injury, 10 eyes of eyeglobe rupture due to blunt trauma, and 12 unclassified eyes. Final corrected visual acuity of 20/200 or better was attained in 19 eyes (83%) of perforating injury and in 3 (30%) of eyeglobe rupture. All these eyes had no expulsion of the lens. The findings show that the visual outcome in open eye injury is determined by the initial force of trauma and by the state of involvement of the lens.
