Abstract 文献概要

　両眼に再発を繰り返した急性後部多発性小板状色素上皮症（APMPPE）の1例を報告した。症例は33歳の女性で，4年の経過中に右眼に5回，左眼に2回以上再発を起こした。再発の度に網膜色素上皮に瘢痕を残したが，左眼では一部地図状脈絡膜炎に類似した眼底所見を呈した。視力予後は良好で各々の再発は1〜3か月の経過で治癒した。

A 33-year-old otherwise healthy female present-ed with typical acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy in her right eye. The attack subsided within three months. During the following 4-year period, acute attacks of the disease recurred four times in the right eye and twice in the left eye.Scars of retinal pigment epithelium remained after each episode. The fundus finding in the left eye simulated that of geographic choroiditis. Visual outcome was good after the episodes. Each recur-rence resolved within 1 to 3 months.
