　眼科所見から発見された下垂体腺腫の3例を報告した。全例ともCTあるいはMRIが行われた。症例1と2は限界フリッカー値の低下，および動的視野で耳側内部イソプターの沈下とマリオット盲点の拡大を示した。そのうち症例2は視力低下とrelative afferent pupillary defectも示したため，当初，球後視神経炎と診断された。症例3は動的視野で両鼻側周辺視野の欠損を示した。症例1と2はいわゆる“視交叉症候群”に相当した。一方，症例3のような両鼻側周辺視野欠損を示す下垂体腺腫例は稀である。下垂体腺腫はこれら3例のようにさまざまな眼科所見を呈することもあるため，診断に注意を要する。

We observed three cases of pituitary adenoma detected by ophthalmic manifestations. They were aged 15, 43 and 79 years. Two cases showed depression in the temporal isopters, enlarged blind spot and reduced critical fusion frequency (CFF) . One of them was initially suspected as retrobulbar neuritis because of bilateral visual loss and relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD) . The third case showed binasal visual field defect. Pituitary adenoma was detected by computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The first two cases showed typical features of optic chiasmal syndrome. The third case showed unusual features of pituitary adenoma. The findings illustrate that pituitary adenoma may show variable ophthalmic manifestations.
