卵黄様黄斑ジストロフィの1家系

A pedigree of vitelliform macular dystrophy

　卵黄様黄斑ジストロフィは特異的な眼底像を示す疾患であり，常染色体優性遺伝とされているが，実際の臨床では散発例としてみられることが多い。筆者らは，姉妹2人に卵黄様黄斑ジストロフィの眼底像を認め，電気眼球運動図（electrooculogram：EOG）上ではL／D比の低下がみられた。またその母には右眼黄斑部に萎縮巣が存在し，左眼黄斑部は正常であったが，EOGでL／D比の低下を認め，眼底所見，EOG上のL／D比の低下より母親は保因者または萎縮期の状態にあると推定された。

We diagnosed a 7-year-old girl as vitelliform macular dystrophy. Similar lesions were found in her sister aged 9 years. Both cases showed slightly reduced L/D ratio by electrooculogram, EOG. Their mother showed rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the inferior hemisphere with macular atrophy in her right eye. The left eye was normal. Both eyes showed slightly reduced L/D ratio by EOG. She was presumed to be a carrier of the disease.
