（P2-1-9）　過去19年間に経験した，角膜真菌症53例中フザリウムによる8例につき，その臨床所見とピマリシンに対する治療効果を検討した。潰瘍底は全例が汚い灰白色で，8例中6例（75％）にhyphateUlcerを認めた。4例（50％）に外傷の既往があった。眼球摘出に至った2例のピマリシンに対する最小発育阻止濃度は比較的高値を示し，ピマリシンの治療効果と相関のある傾向を示した。

We reviewed 8 cases of keratomycosis due to Fusarium sp. out to a series of 53 cases of keratomycosis seen during the past 19 years. All the cases showed dirty and gray-white lesions in the corneal ulcer. Hyphate ulcer was present in 6 eyes (75%) . History of ocular trauma was present in 4 cases (50%) . Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of pimaricin was higher in 2 cases which necessitated eventual enucleation. This finding suggests that the therapeutic effect of topical pimaricin is related to the MIC level.
